The Landmark Hotel, Chiseldon, specialises in Long Stay serviced accommodation.

Our unique extended stay concept offers serviced suites at amazing value. There is no contract nor deposit required, allowing our guests total flexibility over the length of stay required. This appeals to contractors, house moves, hospital rotational staff, placement students and many others. Everything, including a weekly service with fresh linens and towels plus free parking is included in the price.

Relax in comfort in the privacy of your own rooms, which includes basic self-catering equipment, or join fellow guests in the professional kitchen. Extended stays residents enjoy a really friendly community, often coming together to watch sporting fixtures and events of interest on the 60” smart TV in the lounge.

Situated on the Marlborough Downs, in the heart of Wiltshire countryside, just minutes from Swindon and the M4, staying a Landmark Hotel means you can connect quickly to major travel routes. There are regular bus services from a stop just outside the entrance, including direct to Great Western Hospital, and several convenience stores within walking distance so you can leave your car in our free car park and commute with ease.

Work & Live

Each spacious room is comfortably furnished for rest and work. Benefitting from natural light, which floods in through large windows, and with free WIFI included, you will find the Landmark a productive and peaceful location from which to work. Being so conveniently situated for the business centres and services of Swindon and along the M4 corridor, access is quick and easy.

Each of the Landmark's rooms is furnished to a high standard, with king sized beds, sofa, chairs and table, and equipped with a fridge, microwave and kettle for your convenience. Guests have free access to a communal, professional kitchen, as well as a large lounge, complete with 60" smart TV for relaxing downtime.

Pricing

Our pricing structure and rental basis is straightforward. Suites for long term stays are available on an initial 28-day agreement (maximum stay 6 months). There is no deposit or tenancy contact to worry about. If you need to extend your stay, the room remains yours until you give us notice.

We may also offer flexible short stays from 5 days, subject to availability. This is perfectly suited for short business trips as well as those venturing onto the Ridgeway’s walking and cycle trails.

About Landmark

The Landmark Hotel was built in 1987 in the heart of the downland village of Chiseldon. It is privately owned and operated by Tom and Katy Archard. Their attention to detail and keen eye for comfort ensures the Hotel and its gardens are well presented for its guests. There is a car park with spaces for one vehicle per room, as well as secure bicycle storage.

Within the village there are two convenience stores, a fuel station, and two pubs. Three Trees Farm Shop, just 500 years along the road, stocks quality, local produce and the cafe serves cooked breakfasts and light lunches.
