Identity

A form of identity, which will be copied, must be supplied to the Landmark Hotel prior to or at check in.

Key Deposit

A £10 deposit is taken for the electronic door fob which is refunded upon the return of the key.

Pets

No pets are allowed.

Room Service

Access is required on Thursday between 8am and 1pm to clean your suite and change your bedding and towels. A full deep clean of your room will take place every 6 months of continuous occupation. We will endeavour to find a mutually convenient time during this window so as to cause as little disturbance as possible.

Payments

These are to be made one week in advance of your stay for the initial period in full. Subsequent periods will be billed one week from the end of the initial period and to be paid prior to the expiry of the initial period.

Cancellations

All extended stay rates are based on a minimum of 28 consecutive nights. Payment is due 7 days prior to arrival which deems the booking non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable.

Weekly stay re-funds will be made for cancellations made a week prior to your stay.

Smoking

All public areas and suites are Non-Smoking and a minimum fine of £100 will be automatically charged for fumigation of your room.

Damage

In the event of malicious, wilful or negligence of room or other property damage, the Landmark Hotel will charge the amount of any loss sustained, including business interruption losses.

The Landmark Hotel reserves the right to re-possess the suite at any time where damage has been caused or in the reasonable opinion of the Owner is likely to be caused to the property by the Guest.

House Rules

All guests are asked to respect house rules, other guests and team members. The communal areas, in particular the kitchen, are to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

CCTV

The reception, main corridors and car park are covered by CCTV.

Accommodation Reservations

An Accommodation reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy and use the Accommodation. The Landmark Hotel retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, to the extent: (i) it is reasonably necessary, (ii) permitted by your contract with the Hotel, and (iii) consistent with applicable law. If you stay past checkout, the Landmark Hotel has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed Guests.

Good Faith

Landmark Hotel use reasonable endeavour to ensure that material contained on this site is correct and accurate, and all material is published in good faith. The Landmark Hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages arising out of the use of this site or any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the material or information provided.

Force Majeure

The Landmark Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, breach or delay due to any cause beyond the Company’s reasonable control including though not limited to Act of God, Explosion, Flood, Tempest, Fire or Accident, War or Threat of War, Sabotage, Insurrection, Civil Disturbance or Requisition, Acts, Restrictions, Regulations, Bye-laws, Prohibitions or Measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority, Embargoes, Strikes, Lock-outs, or other Industrial Actions or Disputes. Under any such case the Company shall be entitled to treat the contract as discharged.
